326 Platform Terms & Conditions

This document contains rules and conditions governing use of the 326 platform. Please read the full terms carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 326 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this Terms & Conditions document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 326 ("Platform"). This agreement covers all services provided through the official website, mobile app, and any other official channels operating under the 326 brand.

The 326 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using the platform, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement and have legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

  1. Each user is only allowed to have one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts.
  2. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.
  3. You are responsible for updating your personal information if any changes occur, especially phone number and banking details for withdrawal purposes.
  4. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or upon request by the 326 team to comply with regulatory requirements.

Password and Account Security

  1. You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 326 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
  2. All activity through your account is deemed performed by you unless unauthorized access has been promptly reported to our support team.
  3. You are prohibited from transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any third party. Account use by others is a violation of these terms.
  4. 326 reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions

326 platform users must comply with all usage rules. Any violations may result in account suspension or closure, balance confiscation, and appropriate legal action.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written approval from 326.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized credit card processing, bonus abuse, or manipulating payment systems.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the 326 platform system.
  • Spreading false information, defamation, or illegal content through any communication channels on the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
  • Registering an account using another person's identity or stolen information.

326 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breaches of these rules and take appropriate actions, including reporting to relevant authorities.

Payments, MYR Transactions and Financial Policy

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • All transactions on the 326 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is needed.
  • Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, Boost, and local bank transfers. All deposits are subject to specified minimum and maximum limits.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to Malaysian bank accounts registered under the same account holder’s name. 326 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
  • Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, subject to completion of any required identity verification.
  • 326 reserves the right to withhold or suspend withdrawals for investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

Bonuses & Promotions

  • All bonuses and promotions offered by 326, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to specific promotional terms outlined with each offer.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The specific rates and timeframes for rollover are detailed in each promotion’s terms.
  • 326 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through fraud, system abuse, or violation of promotional terms.
  • Bonuses are only eligible for one registered account per individual. Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times via different accounts is a breach of terms.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Account Policy

Platform Liability Limits

The 326 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. 326 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or betting decisions made during system outages.

326’s maximum liability to any user will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 326 platform are the exclusive property of 326 or our licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without prior written consent from 326.

Account Suspension and Closure

326 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice in cases including: violation of these terms, suspected fraud or illegal activities, instructions from authorities, or at 326’s discretion based on internal risk assessment. When accounts are closed due to fraud, related balances may be confiscated. Original deposits in accounts closed for other reasons will be refunded after investigation.

Third-Party Links

The 326 platform may contain links to third-party services. 326 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws

326 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the official site. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from use of the 326 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes will be referred to arbitration or courts with proper jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be deemed severed while the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
